Mark Wham is an experienced trial attorney. Licensed since 1987, Mr. Wham is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, and is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction shared by less than 1% of U.S. attorneys. His has recovered millions of dollars in business litigation cases, including claims for breach of contract, business fraud, abusive commercial lending practices, construction contract claims, theft of trade secrets, wrongful use of confidential business information by former employees working for competing businesses, breach of fiduciary duty, and commercial bribery.
